Notice of Bi-Annual Election for Officers of the Empire State Passenger Association

In accordance with Article VI of the By-Laws for the Empire State Passenger Association, ESPA members will elect Officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) and Directors (up to nine) at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 13th in Schenectady. Anyone interested in running for one of these positions should contact Gary Prophet at thegp@aol.com before the end of February.
